By placing a commission you confirm that you agree to the FurNEkko Creations Terms of Service. FurNEkko Creations reserves the right to change, add or delete part or all of the Terms of Use at any time with notice.

 

Our rights in relation to the cooperation with the customer

- We reserve the right to revise and change the ToS at any time, this will be announced.

- We reserve the right to refuse or terminate the cooperation at any time. This can happen by refusing to pay, completely ignoring the questions, being rude or not communicating properly.

- We reserve the right to upload and publish images of our works on our social media pages. No one else has the right to claim our works as his!

- We reserve the right to build the character in the agreed or selected style. We do not copy any other fursuit maker!

- We reserve the right to keep and reuse leftover material (fur, foam and co)!
- We reserve the right to work on other small projects while we are working on commissions!

Is there a contract that needs to be signed?

​

There is no specific written contract. With your commission you automatically agree to the terms of use. FurNEkko Creations stores digital copies of the agreement of all notices for records, these are deleted 3 months after completion of the commission.

Is there a minimum age to submit a commission?

​

All customers must be at least 18 years old. This must be confirmed with a valid proof of age (e.g. driver's license, ID card). If you are under 18 but would still like to place a commission with FurNEkko Creations, at least one legal guardian must provide written consent. This is included in the business discussions. The personal data of you and, if applicable, of the legal guardian(s) are subject to data protection and will not be passed on to third parties.

Can certain deadlines be set for the commission?

​

FurNEkko Creations does not accept deadlines for commissions. We work with a lot of care and cleanliness in order to achieve the best possible satisfaction for you. Therefore, please do not keep asking when we can be finished. From the start of the commission, processing does not take longer than 3 months. Exceptional cases in the case of particularly unusual suits and/or a longer period of illness.

Is there a guarantee?

​

Each of the commissions comes with a two-month warranty for repairs. The guarantee begins when the package arrives at the customer's. If you carry out your own repairs within these first two months, the guarantee will expire. Normal wear and tear is excluded from the guarantee. Return costs are not covered. In addition, the item cannot be exchanged or returned.

I am not responsible for:

- Damage caused by the wearer to himself, objects, his surroundings or other people while wearing the fursuit

- allergic reaction  

- health restrictions that occur while wearing a fursuit

Can materials be procured yourself?

​

FurNEkko Creations only works with specially ordered fur, as the handling of this is known and familiar. Each supplier's fur is different and such materials sourced from you may not meet their requirements. However, rest assured that each FurNEkko Creations suit is hand cut and styled to make it special.

We also point out that the rest of the materials left over when the suit is completed are NOT included in the delivery! We only charge part of the material costs, we bear the remaining costs of the complete materials.

How are measurements taken?

​

A so-called duct tape dummy for feetpaws (back paws) and body (suit) is required from all customers. This must be prepared and sent on request. How exactly this is made can be found in many tutorials on YouTube. Please note, however, that the dummy should have some air so that the suit is not too tight later. An incorrectly made dummy can be returned by FurNEkko Creations with a request to be remade/reworked. The rule is, the better the dummy, the better the suit. Likewise, the looser the dummy fits, the looser the suit will fit.

Please only make the dummy when requested so that your current stature can be recorded.

Can changes be made to the character?

The ideal is not to change the character after the deposit. If this should happen, you must reckon with the fact that there may be a price change. In addition, changes to a part of the character can only be carried out as long as the corresponding part has not yet been completed. Once you have given your consent to a corresponding WIP, it will not be changed.

How does FurNEkko Creations know what your character looks like?

​

FurNEkko Creations requires a so-called Ref Sheet of your character. With this, a badge of the character is made in addition to the suit, which you also receive. However, this only applies if your commission is at least a partial or a full suit.

​

ATTENTION: Badges cannot be printed at the moment, you will receive them digitally OR with a little patience we will send them to you as soon as we have the opportunity to do so again!

Can received WIPs be forwarded?

​

If you indicate that the article is still in progress, you may forward your received WIPs. Furthermore, pictures and videos of the process and the finished product are uploaded to sites such as Instagram or the FurNEkko Creations Telegram Group. However, you will personally receive more pictures so that we can work with you in the best possible way and you can tell us whether the current process meets your expectations.

After completion of the commission, FurNEkko Creations takes the right to take photos and videos and upload them to the YouTube channel and co. You decide whether the recorded material is uploaded before or after the suit arrives.

How does the payment work?

​

When placing an order, FurNEkko Creations requires a deposit of 30% of the total cost. This is non-refundable. The down payment serves to secure the slot for you and to cover the material costs of the fabrics used. After the termination of the commission, you are obliged to pay the remaining 70% of the total amount. Only then will the item be sent to you. A maximum period of three months applies to paying the remaining amount. Only if you can prove in writing why you have not been able to pay for the item after these three months is it possible to extend the storage and payment period. The item will only be shipped after full payment.

If the item is intentionally not paid for, FurNEkko Creations reserves the right to sell the item and the character itself.

Bank transfers (Germany) and PayPal are accepted. FurNEkko Creations is not responsible for lost or late payments.

The item remains the property of FurNEkko Creations until full payment has been made.

Fursuits are luxury goods, we ask that you think carefully about purchasing a fursuit!

How is the shipment made?

​

FurNEkko Creations currently only accepts orders within the EU

 

You will be informed of the shipping costs right at the beginning with the total price. Shipping is via DHL. Your address will be required after completion.

If you live outside of Germany, you can have your package insured for an additional fee. As soon as your package has been sent, you will receive the tracking number of the package. You can use this number to track the current status of your shipment online with the respective parcel service.

Do you build Murrsuits?

​

Since we have been asked several times in the past whether we would build Murrsuits (Fursuits 18+), yes we will offer it from now on, but limited for the time being.
The murrsuit is first calculated as a normal suit, after which 10% of the total amount is added + the extras that are desired. 
You can get a list of the extras from us via private message with proof of age confirmation. The best way to reach us is via Instagram and Telegram under FurNEkko Creations.

 

When submitting a murrsuit commission, pictures of the suit are shared on social media until the +18 part begins.

Content and use of the images

​

All images and content are property of FurNEkko Creations. This also means that the images and videos created by FurNEkko Creations must not be declared as your own. Likewise, the fursuit may not be described as self-made. In particular, this may not be resold as an "own creation".
